…al-fallback interceptor (#91) helpers/StainlessHelperHeader.kt carries the lowercase header key, the closed StainlessHelperHeaderValue enum (shared verbatim across SDKs), and mergedStainlessHelperValue() — comma-appends to any existing tag (case- insensitive via Headers, deduped, single line). BetaRefusalFallbackInterceptor now appends fallback-refusal-middleware to every applicable request — original and each hop — folded into the same toBuilder() pass the betas-append already does (appendBetas → withInterceptorHeaders). Java had no x-stainless-helper tagging before this; BetaToolRunner tagging is a follow-up (needs a RequestOptions-level header mechanism or a mockito-test rework).
