Fixes #44 ,based on the session transcript calculation changes from auth0-lab/mdl#16
There's some added complexities as calculating the session transcript is now async. For that reason there is a new
sessionTranscriptCallback.Side note, but ideally we move away from the builder pattern at some point, as I think it introduces complexity and reduced type strictness over providing all parameters at once when you call a method IMO.
