  • Title changed to use 'onboarding' instead of 'bootstrapping'.
  • Replace rt 'brski.jp' by a CoRE LF target attribute brski-jp (Can we encode the join-port in a CoRE LF "jp" attribute? #88) and update all related text and examples.
  • Clarified that a JPY URI MUST included a port number, since no default port is registered.
  • Editorial: renamed 'constrained Join Proxy' occurrences to general name 'Join Proxy' to match the title.
  • Editorial updates and text fixes.
