This project facilitates issuing blockchain certificates by various issuers centrally administeredd by the host of this web app. The issued certificates can also be verified on this platform.
It is based on Ethereum Ropsten Test Network. It makes use of smart contract during verification step. It is developed over Blockcerts foundations.
