Optimize window gesture sliding

1. Add application switching feature.
2. Added can use fixed window feature, the feature by getting the window process to create time sort implementation.
3. Fixed a problem with the empty pointer that caused the window list not to be displayed due to frequent swipe gestures.
4. Added a more stable window sliding feature, when it enabled, window switching will be more stable and always switch exactly one window regardless of gesture distance.
