A JOSM plugin which adds the clacks_overhead=GNU Terry Pratchett tag to all changesets you upload to OpenStreetMap.
To install, search for “pTerry” in the JOSM plugins window.
Download the latest pTerry.jar file from the releases page and save to ~/.local/share/JOSM/plugins/ on Linux, %APPDATA%\JOSM on Windows, and Users/<YourName>/Library/JOSM on Mac OSX, and restart JOSM.
