For a while, we've been cloning a [Trello card](https://trello.com/c/mK6p8hH4/977-on-call-checklist) for every developer on call every week, for them to assign themselves to the card and work through the checklist item. We're now going to switch to directing on-call engineers to this checklist in the developer docs instead. Context: - The administrative overhead of creating the Trello cards is unnecessarily burdensome, and engagement on the cards has been poor. - We're losing access to Trello in the foreseeable future.
