When running multiple StepFunctions-related tests in parallel, we encounter the error
ThrottlingException: Rate exceededIt would be nice to be able to pass apiPollingDelay as a parameter of the StepFunctions helper (in build() or runExecution()), in order to increase it in case we hit the API threshold.
