• open@9 で pure ESM になったため、そのままでは利用不可能。
• akashic-cli を ESM 移行すると何らかの点で破壊的変更になってしまう可能性が高い。
• CJS 状態の TypeScript では import を書くと require() にされてしまう。(tsconfig.json によるかもしれないが未知)

以上を凌ぐため、 eval("import('open')") で取得するようにする。長期的にどうするかは要検討。
