Introduces a new mode of remote proof generation via Sindri. This is an updated version of PR #82.
Testing
In order to evaluate this PR and use the SindriExecutor, you will need a Sindri account and an api key.
Note that since the new unit test loads the test input which was generated for a previous ELF version, the test will ultimately fail due to a remote proof gen issue. But it demonstrates the functionality of the new prover executor.
