Summary

• Bumps @agentic-workflow-kit/eval-kit from v0.1.0 to v0.1.1 and refreshes pnpm-lock.yaml.
• Simplifies the root eval scripts to the deterministic consumer surface: eval:doctor, eval:list, eval:case, eval:unit, and eval:enforce.
• Disables optional model-assisted eval methods by default and updates docs to describe direct eval-kit CLI usage instead of removed package scripts.
• Fixes stale evals/results path references.
