Summary
Adds the Phase 5C manual report and calibration layer for define-product model-judge evals. This introduces a repo-local
compileReportadapter hook, aneval:reportscript, a calibration-notes template, and docs that keep deterministic verdicts first while keeping pointwise model-judge evidence advisory.The report hook refuses pointwise-only reports, so manual reports that include model-judge evidence must also include deterministic evidence. Generated report bundles remain ignored/local unless a human curates a summary.
