run startServer to start the server on nohup (keeps it running)

startServer also sets the NODE_ENV to 'production'
this variable sets the HOST to 'li21-127.members.linode.com'

running the app without the script or with the NODE_ENV as 'development'
will default the HOST to 'localhost'

3-18 integrated mongo-node-native driver with express on node v0.4 and jade.

jade makes the nice HTML views in some sort of pseudoHTML, express makes the site CRUD/MVC and mongo-node-native talks to mongoDB

node runs it all.
