Add the user-invocable @investigator agent with a structured 4-phase investigation workflow (context → workflow selection → evidence gathering → synthesis) and the rcakit-investigation skill with domain knowledge on MCP actions, query patterns, and hypothesis tracking. The investigator can be triggered manually via @investigator in any PilotSwarm session, or spawned programmatically by a watchdog agent.
