This PR adds functionality to enable end-to-end noise simulation starting from Allan deviation (ADEV).
It introduces an approximate, piecewise power-law reconstruction of a physically consistent PSD from ADEV or HDEV, together with a compatible colored-noise synthesis routine. The added functions allow users to go from measured deviation → PSD model → simulated time-domain noise, and to verify consistency by recomputing ADEV from the generated noise.
