Replace references to non-existent 'MakeOTFUserGuide.pdf' with the actual online HTML documentation at: https://adobe-type-tools.github.io/afdko/MakeOTFUserGuide.html This makes the documentation more accessible and accurate. Based on PR #1799 by @frankrolf
