Genera el walkthrough del bloque 03-facturacion-y-pagos a partir del video, cubriendo los 4 escenarios: carga de facturas de proveedor (desde OC y manual), pagos a proveedores (banco con retenciones y caja), facturación a clientes (desde OV y manual) y cobranzas (transferencia y cheque de tercero). - Reemplaza el README placeholder por el walkthrough completo de 25 pasos con capturas reales tomadas en academy-21-05-1.adhoc.inc. - Marca el bloque 03 como `listo` en el índice de ejercicios.

Unifica la mezcla "Nativa Skill" / "Natura Skin" hacia el nombre canónico del caso (Natura Skin, definido en contexto.md, confirmado contra la presentación fuente). Cambios: - Reemplaza "Nativa Skill(s)" -> "Natura Skin" y el login sofia@nativa.com -> sofia@natura.com en los artefactos de procesos (result-v2, result-0805: transcript, steps.json, scripts de captura). - Agrega el login canónico (sofia@natura.com) a la tabla de datos de empresa en contexto.md como fuente única. - Nota de transcripción en transcript.txt aclarando que el audio dice "Nativa Skill" pero se unificó al nombre canónico. - Quita la línea "Generado:" del README del bloque 03 (churn innecesario; era el único aporte del PR #17, ahora obsoleto). Nota operativa: los scripts de captura usan el login como credencial real contra la base Odoo de test — la base debe tener el usuario sofia@natura.com para que la automatización siga funcionando.
