Summary of Changes
Hello @ziscky, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!
This pull request refines the handling of deal activation parameters by making dealIDs and sectorExpiry optional. It introduces checks to ensure that deal space information is only processed when dealIDs are present, preventing potential issues with activations that may not include these identifiers.
Highlights
- Optional Deal IDs: The
dealIDsparameter in deal activations is now treated as optional, accommodating scenarios where a single activation might not explicitly list deal IDs. - Optional Sector Expiry: The
sectorExpiryparameter is also made optional, aligning with the flexibility introduced fordealIDs. - Conditional Deal Space Processing: Logic has been added to conditionally process deal space information only when
dealIDsare available, improving robustness and preventing unnecessary operations.

Code Review
This pull request updates the deal activation parsing logic to correctly handle cases where DealIDs or SectorExpiry might be missing in the transaction parameters. The changes correctly guard against processing when no deal IDs are present and allow these fields to be optional. The logic is sound. I have one suggestion to refactor the parseDeals function to improve its structure, which could enhance performance and readability.
