We have integrated full wandb config in branch sweep-cdon-test. So maybe we should go with that? Merging is not prio right now. Let's write the report.

Adapted image downloader to support subcategories evenly distributed: it now keeps the count of each image in each subcategory and only saves them once and only if they reach a set number (1000).
Added script to generate csv file with association between subcategory id and its name: may be used to improve manual testing
