- 拆分 tools.sh 為模組 (env/core/remote/backup/restore/menu)
- 補齊 upload_current_backup/single_upload/remote_list_backups/remote_download_backup
- 統一 --http1.1 到所有 WebDAV curl 命令 (7處)
- remote_collect_targets 改為包含 tools/start.sh/restore_settings.conf
- 清理 env.sh 中 FTP/SCP 誤導註解
- 加入 upload.sh 自動偵測支援
- 新增 DNS 穿透 wrapper、SMB 掃描、URL 編碼輔助函數
- 更換 curl 二進位 (精簡版, 6.6MB→2.9MB)
