Sync extern-contrib with dev, bumping version to 3.3.5 in
XMOJ.user.jsandpackage.json, and adding the 3.3.5 prerelease entry inUpdate.jsonwith update details. On/problem.php, remove the problem translate buttons (lang_cn_to_en,lang_en_to_cn) before rendering MathJax.Written for commit a997348. Summary will update on new commits.
