Bumping typescript to ^6.0.2 conflicts with the currently pinned @typescript-eslint/* toolchain: in package-lock.json these packages declare a peer dependency of typescript: ">=4.8.4 <6.0.0" (e.g., @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin and @typescript-eslint/parser). This can break npm install/npm ci (depending on peer-deps settings) and can also cause ESLint parsing/linting failures. Either keep TypeScript <6 for now, or upgrade the @typescript-eslint/* packages to versions that support TS 6 and regenerate the lockfile.
