Updated workflow name and modified release notes for clarity. Enhanced job dependencies and improved branch handling.

I don't think any of this is necessary.
My suggestion: Reset everything except the cron job. Scanning all branches doesn't make sense. If you are adding a new toolchain/device in a test branch, then just select that branch when you run the mirror_toolchains action. |
