Description

  • streamline docker entrypoint to make execs more convenient
  • remove coveralls, which is broken
  • include jinja templates in coverage check
  • add coverage report to test step (not saving output at this time)

How Has This Been Tested?

This PR exercises the compose file linting. I pushed this to staging to manually test the script and compose file changes.
