Actually, we might need to address the copy of llvm-9 code. Is there any way to use the expressions already in nixpkgs?

Shouldn't the llvm-9 directory replace the llvm-head directory? i.e. llvm-9 is not the right name since we're pulling from head, and we currently have obsolete code in the llvm-head directory?
