Adds a new "fishing" tool for Minecraft: Lucky Fishing Rod!

幸运钓竿(Lucky Fishing Rod) luckyfishingrod:lucky_fishing_rod 在创造模式下位于原版工具栏，可使用萤石、红石和原版钓鱼竿合成。

Lucky Fishing Rod is located in the original toolbar in Creative Mode and can be crafted using Glowstone dust, Redstone, and the original fishing rod.

支持任何模组，只要是服务端/客户端成功加载的物品都有可能会被钓上来。

Support any mod, as long as the item is successfully loaded by the server/client, it may be fished.

在原版我的世界1.20.1中使用幸运钓竿钓上鱼（生鳕鱼、生蛙鱼、热带鱼、河豚）的概率约为0.96%。

The probability of catching fish (raw cod, raw frogfish, tropical fish, pufferfish) with Lucky Fishing Rod in original Minecraft 1.20.1 is about 0.96%.

目前支持的版本 Currently supported versions：

• Fabric 1.19.3 / 1.19.4 / 1.20.1 / 1.20.2 / 1.20.3 / 1.20.4（需要 Fabric Loader 0.16.14 以及上版本，Fabric API任意版本）。
  (requires Fabric Loader 0.16.14 or higher, any version of Fabric API).

• Forge 1.20.1（需要 Forge Loader 47 及以上版本）。
