Fixing a bug about option --presel, and augmenting it allowing the user to integrate away the sliced axis, by doing
--presel axis:sum low high
instead of just
--presel axis low high
This was the simplest way I found, since the current option has a specific requirement of 3 arguments (also because it is entwined with --fitvar which works similarly)
