Make sure you have all the equipment needed. You should have a power supply. The Raspberry Pi3 and an SD card with a Raspberry on it.

Next you want to remove the microSD card from the SD card that has the Raspberry logo. Then turn over the Pi3 and insert the microSD into the slot.

Plug in power supply to microUSB connector then plug in HDMI from monitor to HDMI connector

You should see NOOBS on monitor. Select English (US) at bottom. Check box Raspbian and then hit (i) on keyboard to install.
