新增aurora主题包，包含完整的主题配置和示例代码

将主题名称从vchart-semi-theme统一修正为vchart-aurora-theme 调整饼图内径为0，优化悬停和选中状态的外径和线宽配置
将默认颜色方案替换为新的配色，同时使用Object.entries重构颜色调色板生成逻辑
