Summary

This change hardens REGRESSORIUM as the terminal recourse chamber by publishing the boundary-object minimum required for machine-legible recourse without recognition collapse.

Added

  • machine-readable boundary policy object
  • boundary-policy schema
  • typed recourse output schema
  • typed recourse audit-record schema
  • normalized recourse-object schema
  • valid fixtures and example outputs
  • negative boundary tests
  • zero-dependency structural verifier

Updated

  • README boundary surface
  • obligation model surface
  • current recourse index
  • historical recourse archive note

Boundary effect

This change strengthens REGRESSORIUM as terminal recourse only.

It does not author law.
It does not mutate accepted state.
It does not issue authority.
It does not execute governed actions.
It does not emit verification verdicts.
It does not recognize terminal truth.
It does not publish proof authority.
It does not operate intake authority.

Verification

  • python3 tests/verify_boundary_object_minimum.py
