Summary

This PR aligns the repository README with the live Verifrax system boundary and adjacent public surfaces.

What changed

  • rewrote the repository README as a bounded truth surface
  • aligned role, stack position, and non-scope statements
  • made host ownership explicit where this repository owns a public host
  • kept artifact-0005 visible without overclaiming authorship, execution, proof, or registration
  • aligned cross-links to VERIFRAX, AUCTORISEAL, CORPIFORM, VERIFRAX-SPEC, VERIFRAX-verify, proof, SIGILLARIUM, apply, and VERIFRAX-DOCS where relevant
  • added badge blocks only where the underlying signal is actually true
  • removed false npm / license / host ownership drift where applicable

Validation

  • README coherence sweep completed
  • strict host-owner assertions checked
  • CNAME ownership checked for public surfaces
  • live host/title checks completed
  • badge truth sweep passed
  • false npm / false license claim sweep passed

Notes

This PR is limited to repository-surface alignment and does not widen repository authority.
