- Add AVE_CLINICAL_APPLICATION, MAVE_REGISTRY, IGVF_URL, CLINGEN_URL, GA4GH_URL, and CLINVAR_URL constants to src/lib/links.ts
- Add MaveRegistry as a partner card on the About page (with bundled logo) alongside "Visit site" links for all existing partners
- Add a "Clinical application" section to the Help screen linking to the AVE CVI page
- Add an AVE CVI link to the MaveMD hero description
