…level retries TECH-1634: Reflect Chat's agent-first policy in the docs — when agent.memory already exists, Chat reuses it (and its storage) and silently ignores the storage/memory kwargs. Retries are configured on Agent(retry=N), not on Chat. Add a session_id/user_id realignment note and update multi-session examples to use per-session Agent instances so the first chat doesn't lock memory.
