Clean up the comet calendar scraper a little bit and retrieve abbrs dynamically

I add the way to dynamically retrieve the abbreviations used in the comet calendar parser, by using the data we can get from the location scraper. If the location data is non-existent, it will technically call the location scraper itself.

A few things to note is that I:

• Add the sleeper among the location scraper (for 2 seconds each), so not sure if that's necessary
• Don't add anything else on the map scraper and parser to check if the latest locations have been scraped by the comet calendar parser. so not sure if I should add that.

If this one is functional and stable, we won't need hardcoded list of abbreviations anymore.
