Create documentation to SSH into the pi with WSL

Description of the task

Currently, our setup_pi.md documentation is written for users on Ubuntu Linux. This includes info on how to SSH into the pi.

However, this documentation is not sufficient for WSL users and wanting to SSH into the pi. The documentation needs to be updated accordingly.

Acceptance criteria

• WSL users can follow the documentation to SSH into the pi
