feat: add coretime-kusama and coretime-polkadot network support

The repository had no support for Kusama/Polkadot coretime networks, meaning project info could not be served for pages like coretime-kusama.subscan.io/coretime/416808-5040-9-1208925819614629174706175.

Changes

• api.json — Added coretime-kusama and coretime-polkadot API endpoint entries
• index.js — Extended module to load and export coretime parachain info via require.context, consistent with existing network pattern
• networks/coretime-kusama/parachain/ and networks/coretime-polkadot/parachain/ — Scaffolded directory structure ready to receive parachain .json project info files

Checklist
