Update crowdloan allocation and auction reward info for Hashed Network

Populates previously empty crowdloan and auction reward fields for Hashed Network (ParaID 2093), matching the data from commit db3fe15.

• Parachain Crowdloans Allocation (en): "6% of supply for crowdloan of 125,000 DOT, or 1 DOT = 480 HASH"
• Auction Reward & Reward Vesting Schedule (en): "1 DOT = 480 HASH, vesting linearly over lease"
• Updated signature to reflect new data
