Prevent problem with Boost inclusion in some contexts

• Added magic flag that prevents problems with find_package(Boost) on systems that have libboost-dev installed/built
• Removed old boost versions

Hi Rody,

I see you've been very active with Tudat this last month. Very good to see! As I think some others on the team posted, I have been on paternity leave this past months, and am only today catching up with everything I've missed.

Since you seem to be using/developing Tudat quite a lot, you may be interested to know that we are working on a big restructuring of the code, including a conda installation, and a Python interface. If you're interested in staying up to date on these developments, let me know. We have a Slack channel where we discuss these developments.

Since we're working on a big modification, we'll have a look at all the modifications you've posted while I'm away, to see if we mere them into the current version, the new version, or both.
