Feat: Add TikTokExplode.Extensions.DependencyInjection project#4

Introduced `TiktokExplode.Extensions.DependencyInjection` package to integrate `TiktokExplode` with `Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection`. Added `TiktokExplodeBuilder` and `AddTiktokExplode` for flexible service registration with Playwright or HTTP fetchers. Updated `ci.yml` to support .NET 9.0 and switched to `TiktokExplode.NET.slnx`. Replaced the old solution file with a modern `.slnx` format. Expanded documentation with installation instructions, usage examples, and details on the new DI package.
