1. Changed TIM2 period for 50Hz PWM output (standard for RC Cars) 2. Renamed macros for better clarity 3. Updated how PID controller affects PWM output. Controller now ready for tuning.
- Set new CCR minimum to not worry about reverse logic - Added speed to rpm function (no functionality yet) - Added FIXMEs for future work, added priority levels
