Summary

add a generator for Forgotten Runes avatar registry data
add the Forgotten Runes Wizards Cult project entry
import 10,000 Wizards using public VRM URLs with GLB/FBX alternates

Notes

this is intentionally Wizards-only because Wizards have a live public VRM path today
the generated records use the current public 3D asset URLs under https://nftz.forgottenrunes.com/dev/3d/wizards/{tokenId}/
thumbnails use the corresponding _overlay.png images

Validation

verified sample wizard assets return 200 for .vrm, .glb, .fbx, and _overlay.png
verified the generated avatar file contains 10,000 records
