Updated the notebook after teaching experience - broke down final task with clearer description, and also resolved clashing variable definitions.

Learning from experience over the laboratory sessions, making the definition for the final task clearer as this required some repeat explanation to many of the students. The clarity should make this easier to deliver in the future, and ensures nomenclature fits with well established norms for reaction progress (\xi) and mol fraction (\chi).
