Alexander DuCaine

Alexander (Defender of Men) DuCaine (Stems from the town in Normandy, Chenay)-Descendant of Roman government officials sent to organize provinces formerly under Gaul control (Normandy, specifically). He is the Baron of Calais, and although he is young he has proved himself on several occasions to be a capable leader and sympathetic ruler. Although initially he comes off as intimidating, he is a caring and considerate man.

• Abilities: Wields a large broadsword which he can use to channel fire (later, with the blessing of the charge relic). Men under his command are less likely to become scared and react more quickly to his commands.
