Feel free to split this PR if you'd like. I think we can push in the time, version bump, list files and a few of the README.md changes with minimal adjustments. Should also bump antf-cli version to 0.3. The other might need a few more rounds of discussion or perhaps some USB logs if possible. That is if you want to get in some parts of this a bit more quickly, otherwise we can keep going here if that is easier. Thank you for contributing! |

I just pushed the set time part of this pull request manually. I'll look into getting the other parts in as well. |

Added a bunch of option params
to exec special stuff like set time, delete files and print file listing.
