Aligns the Expo and React Native toolchain with SDK 58/RN 0.88.1 and AGP 9, migrates the bundled license read to the Expo FileSystem File API, fixes the strict TypeScript null check in LanguageContext, and removes the non-existent missing_rules.txt from the EAS build artifact paths so mapping.txt uploads for crash deobfuscation.
React Native 0.88 and the SDK 58 Android libraries require compileSdk 37. Keep targetSdk 36 for the current Play requirement.
Translate the remaining mixed Italian/English labels, standardize clipboard and encryption terminology, remove stray leading punctuation from the data-sharing section, and update the Android build-properties test for compileSdk 37. The dictionaries remain aligned at 664 keys with matching interpolation placeholders.
Document the localization review, web smoke test and final test count, and configure the production submit profile as a draft so release notes can be checked before promotion.
