Add new TezosWallet constructor with the encrypted private key (which has 'edesk' prefix) and the corresponding private key password.
Usage:
TezosWallet wallet = new TezosWallet(encryptedPrivateKey, privateKeyPassword, publicKey, publicKeyHash, myPassphrase);
