Snapshot Enhancements

Hi, this PR makes the following changes:

• An interval can be specified for snapshot mode using -d as a workaround for Intel Arc (closes "-s" snapshot flag not showing Intel Arc utilization stats unlike TUI #371)
• Add loop mode (closes Feature request: add loop mode for --snapshot #402)
• Fix invalid JSON (closes nvtop 3.3.0 release broke JSON Output #438)

Haha, no worries. There is a little indentation anomaly on the "cmdline" though.
