Nuclei of Mesodinium rubrum strain CBJR05 ciliates were sorted by FACS into macro- and micronuclei populations (MAC and MIC respectively), sequenced with PacBio HiFi at HudsonAlpha under the DOE Joint Genome Institute Community Sequencing Program.
This pipeline is for genome assembly from HiFi long reads and downstream QC.
Unassembled reads have been deposited at the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA).
