These headers you added are empty. what is the point?

I apologize, I mistakenly created headers that were empty. This PR was actually supposed to update the display_categories list in the front matter of _pages/research/children/theses.md, not add headers. The file has been updated to add Course Project, Project and Conference Paper to display_categories, which will be needed to show the projects I'll be integrating.

I have pushed all the 12 new projects to this PR. I wrote a script to extract the descriptions and image URLs from their Github repositories to make sure the project cards display properly. I've also updated the missing trailing commas and added the code URL fields in papers.bib as requested.
