Hello!

This is my solution. It could be improved with more time but I think it is good for now (maybe we could discuss later).

Everything was done in a simple but organized way.

Note: You should add --dart-define=API_KEY=XXXXXX to fetch data from the api. If not provided, a mocked api will be used (I'm using it because they have a rate limit).
You can also pass --dart-define=MOCK_API=true to mock the api when needed.
